New Apex PhysX Impact Destruction Demonstration with Plaster Effects

Zombiethatatehimself creator of the Awesome Apex PhysX Impact Damage Demonstration and Apex PhysX Impact Damage Demonstration With Stucco/plaster, and the Apex PhysX Voronoi Fracture and Destruction Demonstration has made another cool Apex PhysX demonstration with the Unreal Development Kit. This time a similar to the Voronoi Fracture and destruction demonstration but with some cool plaster effects on the outside of the objects. Check it out below. He has also launched a new site where you can view his other videos and download the files required to test these out with the UDK for yourself, check it out here.

I just did a clean install of Windows on my main gaming machine and don’t have the UDK setup to test this out and make a faster video right now. I am also in the process of building a sweet dedicated PhysX/Physics test rig for the site which I will be posting more info about within the next week so stay tuned.

Apex PhysX Voronoi Fracture and Destruction Demonstration

Zombiethatatehimself creator of the Awesome Apex PhysX Impact Damage Demonstration and Apex PhysX Impact Damage Demonstration With Stucco/plaster has made another cool Apex PhysX demonstration with the Unreal Development Kit. This time a Voronoi Fracture and destruction demonstration that has some very cool destruction and PhysX effects. Once again he has given me the files require to play it on my machine so I recorded a nice video showing it off. Check it out below.

UDK Apex PhysX test Level Destruction Demonstration

I posted about this awesome level several months ago – Some Cool NVIDIA APEX Physics Tests Done with the UDK now mfsksa, who is the creator of this level, has given me the UDK files required to play the Apex PhysX test level he made. I made a cool video showing it off some more and showing how each object on the map is made of more smaller PhysX objects that once destroyed can be further manipulated and moved around. Be sure to check out his YouTube channel http://www.youtube.com/user/mfsksa
