NVIDIA has released PhysX System Software version 9.11.1107. There does not appear to be any improvements over the previous version but the release notes do state support for 500-series GPUs and Bug Fixes for Mafia 2. You can download them from NVIDIA here. This new release is also included in the GeForce R285 Driver beta driver.
From the official NVIDIA PhysX System Software 9.11.1107 Release notes:
- Includes the latest PhysX runtime builds to support all released PhysX content.
- Changes & fixed issues in this release
- Fixes a bug that prevented PhysX from being accelerated on Optimus PCs.
- Supports NVIDIA PhysX acceleration on all GeForce 8-series, 9-series, 100-series, 200-series, 300-series, 400-series and 500-series GPUs with a minimum of 256MB dedicated graphics memory and 32 CUDA cores. Note: Some applications may have higher minimum requirements.
- Experience GPU PhysX acceleration in many games and demos, some of which are highlighted in PowerPack downloads here.
- Supports NVIDIA PhysX acceleration on GeForce via CUDA 3.0 for SDK versions 2.7.1, 2.7.3, 2.7.4, 2.7.5, 2.7.6, 2.8.0, 2.8.1 and 2.8.3 (requires graphics driver v196.21 or later).
- Supports control of your GPU PhysX configuration from the NVIDIA display driver control panel. (Requires graphics driver v196.21 or later).
- AGEIA PhysX processors users should use and install older PhysX system software such as version 8.09.04. Note – AGEIA PPU acceleration support for 2.8.1 SDK or earlier, and Windows Vista and Windows XP only.

NVIDIA has released the GeForce 285.27 beta drivers with several fixes and performance improvements along with PhysX System Software 9.11.0621. You can read more about it and download the drivers here.

What’s New in Version 285.27
This driver package installs NVIDIA PhysX System Software v9.11.06.21.
NVIDIA GPU PhysX acceleration is available only on systems with GeForce 8‐series
and later GPUs with a minimum of 256MB dedicated graphics memory.
NVIDIA GPU PhysX acceleration is not available if there a non‐NVIDIA graphics
processor in the system, even if it is not used for rendering.

PhysX System Software version 9.10.0514 has showed up with the recently leaked Forceware 260.52 GPU drivers. The details of this release are not known, however updates to to PhysX system software usually have performance increases for certain games. If you install it and find anything different let us know!

NVIDIA has released a new version of the PhysX system software. The main purpose of this release appears to fix problems that are being reported in the recently released Mafia II demo where certain PhysX settings would cause the PhysX to run on the CPU and not the GPU causing performance problems. The Mafia II PhysX problem has been fixed with this new release. You can check out the change log below and download it here.
